Almost every body that I come across these days is all gaga about BB Creams. I felt like an old hag who was taken by surprise when one of my colleagues who barely knows anything about make-up introduced me to the Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector. On quizzing her further, she admitted that she went to one of the Health and Glow counters to buy a foot scrubber when a particular SA asked her to try the product. After refusing end number of times (trust me, they can really get on to your nerves at times), she tried the product and liked the dewy glow that it imparted on her skin. Why do you need a BB Cream?
For those who have not explored the world of BB creams, let me give you a brief introduction. It is an all-in-one cream that restores, replenishes, hydrates and protects your skin all in one time. And trust me, some of the brands that have launched this BB cream has really lived up to claims.
Talking about Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector, it comes loaded with the goodness of almond extracts, Vitamin C, and brightening minerals. The texture of the cream is just about perfect for me neither too thick nor too runny. It blends easily into my skin and does not leave any patches on the skin. The moisture content in this cream is good enough. At times, I can really do without a moisturiser beneath, especially now when the humidity in Bangalore makes me feel equally terrible when I was in Kolkata. And when my face appears too shiny, I dab a bit of Lakme compact powder and I am good to go. During the winter months, I am sure I will need an extra dose of moisturiser since it will not hydrate the skin as much as I would expect it to.
This BB cream is available only in one shade, this may be a con for some of you. But again, if you need a mild or light coverage, you would not mind this shade as it is a covers-all-skin-tones kind of shade. It also provides you with UVA/UVB protection.
Garnier BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector comes in a light beige colour tube with a subtle sheen on it. It is a travel friendly package as well. The screw cap is designed appropriately and even if you squeeze the tube a bit hard, it does not lead to any wastage of product.
I would recommend Garnier BB Cream to everyone who is new to the world of BB creams and is looking for a quick multi-purpose cream for daily use.
